Hey
New Modification here and need some info from anyone who has done this in the past.

Car 1995 ST202 Celica SII
Well what we want to do is take the 3S-GE and swap parts with a 3S-GTE to the 3S-GE to make it turbocharged.

Can we take the turbo, turbo manifold, and piping from the ST185 Celica, and bolt them directly unto the 3S-GE,what other mods do we have to do to make this work.

This is some crazy stuff but........
Please help. Confused

out of interest... why wouldn't you just drop the whole 3s-gte in?
then turbo, oil lines, etc are already hooked up, compression is already dropped... the hard work is done (apart from some mods to sump and a few other things to get it in)

Anything is possible, but its a lot harder than doing it the right way.

we simply want to keep the 3S-GE and turboccharge it using the 3S-GTE turbo and Exhaust manifold, run a few pipes and a front mount intercooler and we hope everything bolts on well hopefully.

Thing is though, you're missing the low-compression pistons, the oil squirters, the ECU that can handle boost etc...
