quick ma61 wiring question

ok, ma61 has 2 bundles of wires travelling to the back of the car, one on drivers side, 1 passenger side.
what does the drivers side one do?
as far as I can see, it does the drivers rear speaker, electric aerial, and rear washer pump.
anything else? (ut's hard for me to tell, 'cause someon wired up an aftermarket electric aerial back there, and there are about 46161 wires hooked up to all sorts of random stuff
edit: and another thing. What is that weird thing that sits next to the rear passenger side seat, with a bunch of wires coming out of it? Climate control temp sensor?

as for the wires on the drivers side.. hmm... umm.
i know speaker wires are 2 of them. purple or green(i'm guessing, it's been that long).
don't know about any other wires.
as for the thing on the passenger side at the rear. that buffles me. i had the whole seats out and no big group of wires are down there.

the speaker wires are brown with white stripes and brown with red stripes.
the passenger side thingy is a big chunky thing, maybe a 5cm cube

At a guess, could be Tail lights, fuel pump/guage, (on a Cressida central locking and elec window for rear seat there)
Match some colours up dude
