Just wondering if there's any way to repair cracked paint job? Or it got to be repainted? caused by putting under the sun for too long and there're a lot of little cracks on the bonnet.

Nothing you can do with cracks. 
You will definetly need to respray the car.
Or if you wanna save some money you can just do the pannels that have the cracks, then buff and polish the whole car. 
Thats what I done with one of my old cars and it looked like I had resprayed the whole thing
