i am starting to write a tech article on everything anyone could ever need to know about the 18RG, send me some info that u have that could be well known or a little known secret,
need all info, i will add your name if u supply something i add.

tech article is coming along very nicely, need some more info on heads, more specifically valve sizes and maybe port flows {std ports i mean}.
and if u have a known good power making combo, can you please supply details and power/performance figures please

the 18RG is a twincam motor. 
I have two of them. None of them work good

Stock intake valve size is 45mm and the exh. is 38mm
I have the stock port numbers somewhere.
let me see if I can find them.
What else do you need?
a good combo.
is what I have in one of my cars(but never finished).
the are should run a mid 14's on the drag strip.
mild port job on the intake side.
cams 304 intake side/ 288 exh.
45mm carbs or better
open up the bore to 92mm
with forged 10.5 to 1 pistons
stock rods
stock crank
good fuel pump
and at lease 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 inch exh. pipe
this should make about 180hp.
on my car I still used the 18RC fuel pump and the
stock 40mm carbs and it make about 160hp.
