any or all parts can be cleaned/beadblasted.

would consider swapping parts plus cash adjustment for a full elec dizzy setup or twin webers

How much you looking to get for the 4.36 flywheel?
Can you post a pic of the clutch side as well please.
Was it an 18R flywheel to start with or 21/22R type?

May be interested in the 7.5-8.0kg flywheel, the silver one.
Email me with a rough price as I don't know what to offer. I'm not looking to spend much though, you already know what we've been spending lately!

the top part of the 18rgeu thermo housing is not an 18rgeu thermo housing, i would imagine that one would foul with the throttle body and tps, possibly fuel rail... actually now i look closer none of it is 18rgeu, it will run into fuel rail and maybe tps, i have tried it.

have a look at a proper 18rgeu one.http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=getfile&id=11563

Never even seen a 18rg housing like that me thinks its not 18r very strange are the holes where it bolts on to the head the same. The bottom one not 18rgeu on only 18gu.

with regards to the thermo housings for 18RGEU, i took mine from an 18RG and was able to grind it down till the fuel rail didnt touch it, and there are no leaks. My tps is a more compact item though, and does not contact.

What TPS are you using O-Man?

Also wondering, is that silvery coloured flywheel still available? I notice it was taken off the list.
