When I bought my silvertop for my AE93 it came with the larger brakes as part of the package. After removing the calipers, carefully masking taping them up and then painting them (and the other brake parts), I found upon fitting them that apart from the disc, the splash shield and the main bracket that the caliper bolts to, everything else (ie. caliper and pads, etc) were the same. The one thing that was not a simple bolt up was that the discs had a slightly different location bore diameter. I ended up boring them out a couple of mm and then press fitting in a bush so they had the correct diameter to locate them on the spigot on the hub.

Apart from that, they did bolt up fine with the standard rims with plenty of clearance.

if you get the twin-piston 20V brakes you will usually require 15" rims as a minimum unless you get a 14 with a lot of brake clearance.
