Although i'm not too sure what those plugs are, if they have any pressure at all, you shouldn't be using them for an oil return for the turbo.

I think most people usually drill and tap a hole as high as possible in the sump for the return. The return must be gravity fed. I was fortunate enough to get a setup with the sump already modified.
