to supra or not to supra?

HI all,
I got an 82 celica, and am looking at selling it and buying an 85 mk2 supra. I know the australian supras got the 5me, but i assume its got more guts than my 21ru..But how much more?? anyone ever driven both?
I love the look of the supra, but all the pics i see are from a low angle, does anyone know if it looks cool from a normal angle?
Any help would be great.

the Ma61 is a good allround choice to upgrade to - They handle well , have pretty good brakes stock , and look damn nice for an " 80's flares " inspired car
id say go with it mate - its all positives when upgrading from what you have now

many people have done this on toymods.
i went from an RA60 to MA61 (both manual)
draven went from an RA65 to MA61.
power wise- the 5me felt great after the 21R. 
however, it doesn't take long before you realise the 5M-E isn't a great powerhouse. okay for daily driving, but when you want to go hard...
then you get a 7mgte or better and you'll go 'holy poopies'

Yeh, get a supra. I used to drive a RA60 and now a MA61, the supra is just so much better and you'll love the torque the 6 gives over the 4.

yeah all great points,
I think it must be the natural progression, once you own and fall in love with a RA60 celica, you see the potential in the design, just the goddam flop back headlights!! I guess hte supra is just the ultimate design refinement...Im really hoping I can get the supra, its in vic with no rego... should be interesting!
