would repco sell them and what car would i ask for them from?

Talk to Stewart Wilkins Rally, he can supply you with most 3t-gte rebuild parts.

i rang repco and auto one today, and they have no listing for the 3t. i think wilkins might be the way to go.

i need to get hold of one as well.. im on QLD anyone know of anyone up here too. I found out from TOYOTA that its $600 for a VRS kit. 
Queensland Toyota prices.
big rocket cover gasket $70
little rocket cover gasket $31

$600 is a bit rich, i think you can get one from wilkes performance for about $300

give this guy a call...he quoted me $335 for the complete gasket kit...Sean Maloney engines 03 9428 5277..he is in Richmond melbourne...apparently he is THE 2t/3t boffin
