XT130/RT132 Strut with Hilux/Peugeot Brakes

I was reading up on this setup in the tech articles section of toymods, i have a couple of questions about it.
I am planing on using this setup in my RT132 1980 Corona liftback, i was wondering if any one has tried this, or any thing else similar.
I also would like to know whether this setup will fit under 14" rims or if not, what size i will need to make them fit.
