hey,

just wondering if any of the MA-70/71 owners out there have had any issues with the steering rack? I've heard it is a typical kinda thing to go wrong. Mad

At the moment my left rubber boot on the rack appears a little damaged and there is a SLIGHT cut which leaks occasionally. The steering feels slightly 'loose' and the power steering fluid level is down a bit.

Does this mean a balljoint needs doing or what? If so, anyone done this recently/know the costs involved?

thanks
terry
