 rattling gearbox - Not good :(

My gearbox has just started to rattle. (4afc gearbox)
it happens mainly in the low rpm
pretty sure it aint the thrust race bearing as it does it all the time
gear changing is still fine
is it the bearings in the gearbox?
what $$$ am i up for??

Buy a new box... shitloads cheaper.. those boxs can virtually be pickup up for nuttin!..

could be the thrust bearing - does the noise dissapear or become quieter when you depress the clutch?
