Ok! I get tomorrow my engine from machine shop. Every thing is machined crankshaft grind, block bored, head shaved and so on. So, how do I run it in by the right way? As I understand piston rings suffers most about bad break in or no break in at all. One "mechanic" sayd to me to put a little fine sand in motor so it would "wear right way" Mad .

I have done engine rebuilds and break ins before but not to piston rings.

And no "google is good m'kay" comments. I did it already and find some ukrainian tractor plants break in instructions and same to bajaj scooters. One site suggested using mineral oil first 500-1500 miles.
