blew my 4th fuel pump today

I really dont understand now, ive blown 3 external pumps and NOW an INTERNAL
Ive replaced lines and tank (to get the inline)
what could be causeing them to blow? all lines are at the correct size and they are blowing within 5kms of use!
could my regulator be faulty?
im seriously going nuts not, havent driven in 2 weeks
