If it's anything like my 2JZ you'll need 4-5 litres. Use a genuine Toyota filter.

if your supra is anything like my soarer, then you will need to take the side headlight out first and then remove the front one. from there it is simple. just take the little metal thing out of the back of the globe and replace with new one. and don't touch it with your fingers.

depends what sort of 1jz
a chaser-sump 1jz apparently takes 6 litres (!!!)

NGK bkr6es are a good spark plug for the 1jz

working from memory on my celica (which may not be the same)... if you put the pop-ups "up", and have a look on the side of them, you'll see a screw each side. take these off. then you can remove the headlight lens, and the bulb pulls straight out

depends how many kms your 1jz has done

I used mobil1 for the first oil change, but at the time it was running in limp mode (very rich), so I ended up burning a lot of the mobil 1

once I tune the microtech, I'm going to give the mobil 1 another go.. but otherwise I'll probably use penrite turbo
