Unroadworthy Seatbelts

I have found my seatbelts wont pass a roadworthy, I havent dealt with this b4, but can brand new seatbelts be bought, if so from where. Or will i have to search for a some good seat belts at the wreckers. I have a 1974 Celica ta22.
