Loosening Diff Bolt

Ok trying to get the filler bolt off my diff and the f#$%er just wont move! (Happy I wasn't stupid enuf to drop the oil and then find I can get the bolt off to fill it up tho!)
Anyway I can swing (read hold 60kgs off the end of my socket) off it and it won't budge, took it to the local mechanic and he could do the same...tried hitting it with a hammer, which didn't seem to help.
I have sprayed it with WD40 for the past 2 days, also no help it seems. The only things I can think of left to try are
1) Find someone with a rattle gun to wack on it
2) Weld a dirty great big nut onto the existing nut and put it on a hoist to put a 10m bar on it
3) Drain the diff, and heat the bolt via an oxy and then try and get it off... (not a real fan of this idea, what happens if we stil can't get the bolt out!)
4) Take it to a diff shop, get a fixed quote and let them figure it out? 
Anyone got any help for me!
