4A-GE into AE86 sprinter

hey guys,
been readin a few articles on hear about the AE86 sprinters. currently running the old 4A-C at the moment, and as everyone is, very dissappointed with it's power output. everyone seems to suggest to put another motor in. i'm just curious to know which would be the best option for me. i've been searchin the trading post for new engines and was glad to find an ad in there for a 4A-GE 100KW imported from japan, complete motor with gearbox computer, wiring harness, drive shafts etc for $750. now i'm new to all this stuff, so i'd be very thankful for any help so i can learn about it, but does all this sound cheap??? would this be everything i need for a conversion??? also would anyone know any information about insurance problems?? (if any) or anything else that i may need to know??? i'm thinking about getting a mechanic friend to help me out with the installation and stuff, so i think labour won't be a part of the price, but how much do u think it will cost me to get the car back running???
i'm also looking at possibly putting a turbo on my A-GE, would this be a wise choice, if so what would i be looking at price wise.
there is aslo another ad in the trading post it's a 4AGE and it says its worked, has big cams, built by Ivan Tighe, and has been rebuilt and only done 700kms. for $2500.
is the the more resonable motor to be buying, or more reasonable price???
also, are these motors fuel injected.
sorry bout the lack of knowledge, help would be much apreciated, cause i really want this to happen.
