does anyone know how big the standard st185 injectors are and what impedance they are??

I think they are 440cc or there abouts..
I'd like to know what larger ones fit! Maybe 13B 550cc?

i think the denso 540cc Supra ones off the 2jzgte fir into the 3sgte rail ..
They are about 200 + each though i believe - Will get details tonite

Yup, the American spec sypra injectors are 540 and are a straight replacement. They are all high impedance from memory (13 ohm). 13B ones are no good as they are end feed and low impedance. You could do it be more work than it's worth. ST205 injectors are also 540s and a straight replacement. Apart from that you have to go aftermarket which is hell expensive.

Cool thanks for that info! Looks like i need to hunt around for some 205 or 2jz injectors then.. Bit hard being only the american model.. is there an easy way to tell them apart?

Joel,
Yup there is an easy way to pick what you want. The stock side feed 440s have either a light grey or very dark grey body. The 540cc supra injectors are a light purple and the 205s are a dark brownie maroon. Each is easily different from the others. The 205s are the best to get as they have a better spray pattern than the supra injectors from memory....harder to find though

hmm they should be low impedance...there is a resistor in the system for those cars.

Actually, i think you're right Michael...it's the n/a 3SGE that has the high impedance injectors. Or could just be the onset of senility -)
