I was just looking around in the records gallery, and saw that
the top single cam killerwatt king Luke Stitt with his 4m-U is putting out 76.5 bhp 57.1kw.

As some of you may know i have a mark2 corona
I put it on the dyno after i did a rebuild on it and was putting out 101hp at the wheels (this was when it was first running) the timing was wayout the jets on the carbie (350holley) were a little to large (fuel sprays out the exaust)

I've done the timing and have yet to change the jets and get the air fuel mixture right.

My brother who's a mechaninc reckons it should get around 120hp when its tuned properlly.

So can i be the killerwat king?
Please Laughing

killerwatt king figures have to be posted at a toymods dyno day meet, and you gotta be a financial member to qualify.

next dyno day is in a couple of weeks (see the events section), so feel free to come along and strut your stuff!

my poor little car put out 36kw from a SOHC last time i went to dyno day. an astonishing 36kw. as much as i try to sugar coat the figures it still sounds sheeeet.
there was an mr2 in my area with a 22psi boost setup and awd conversion. well thats how the legend went anyway. to think i knew the guy for years but never got around to asking him myself...
