forsale/trade Ford XH ute 'S' 1997

im looking to sell, trade, or part-trade my ute, i have just turned qualified carpenter, and are expected to start carrying tools/timber etc, and think it will be too difficult to keep it nice, and clean,
it has:
110,000kms
5 speed manual
2.5inch sports exhaust system throughout with chrome tip (new last saturday)
2seats and glove box, not bench seat,
green parkers and interior globes (woohoo!)
ricer mesh grill
triple air horns
ASTROTURF TUB LINER!!! could play golf out of it 
sony xplod headunit
xplod amp
xplod 12 inch sub (under tray so no one can steal it, and remain full use of tray)
altec amp, 2-6inch, 4-4inch, and 2-6x9 speakers. (will seperate still have OEM radio)
front bar has been refinished due to stone chipping
nudge bar, roll bar colour coded
15inch alloys
1500kg towbar
New tailgate supplied (unpainted can be fitted) the one that is on it is good, but not superb (home jobby)
rest of the body is resonable, few small dents not uncommon for a car this age..
looking to sell for $15,000 negotiable, or trade for newer models celica, supra, mr2, rx7, simmilar compact sports, or trayback AU falcon, or hilux (or simmilar) or sh!tbox ute and money for good car
