How much should i look at paying?

I don't want to spend heaps of money and prolly prefer buying the gear second hand. I have been told that i shouldn't simply replace the standard springs with king superlows as it will make the car constantly lose traction due to the fact that there will be no shock to dampen the motion of the wheel jumping up and down.

So what should i buy?

I don't care for brand names. I just want to lower my Seca about 2.5" at all corners, and i want to do it safely.

Thanks everyone
