 What to do do about engine mounts?

Hey guys,
I've got my 1GEU currently sitting in the engine bay. The 1GGTEU will bolt straight to the mounts, but of course, theres no way I'm sticking a powerful engine like that on 20yo mounts!
I spoke to Toyota, and they can only sell me the whole bracket...at a price of $207 EACH ex-Japan (read: 3-4 week wait). I'll be off holidays by then, so thats not a viable option.
Can I just replace the rubber part? Does anyone else have any other solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
