ta22 3tgteu conversion THE BIG QUESTION Mon, 21 July 2003 08:35 Go to previous message
heya guys i have been thinking that after my hybrid conversion i was going to go 3tgteu, so i was wondering, i know that you have to change the engine mount on the passenger side of the motor to suit the different mounts, but why not just take an engine mount of a 2t/3t/2tg and just bolt that to the block and retain the factory mounts with any need for modification at all??????
im really confused why people are modifying things if they dont need to be done. Then i was thinking that the oil feed comes from between that mount, so will it still fit between the 2t mount or not, that is the question!!!
thanks guys
justin
