strober Regular Location: Sydney Registered: June 2002	rust in fuel system Wed, 23 July 2003 12:22 question 1 how the hell did rust manifest in my fuel tank???? took my car for a bit of a fixin' and findout i have rust causing all sorts of trouble in my fuel tank. changed fuel filter and purged the fuel lines using some sort of pump. all that came out was an orange red liquid. the rust is killing my fuel pump so it's difficult to drive. question 2 can i fix it? its a big problem, i know, but anything anyone can suggest will be appreciated [Report message to a moderator]
