Thu, 24 July 2003 23:13 ....again! ok.. i bet a few ppl have looked at doing diff swaps into their AE86 before so they might be able to throw me some idea's. i dont want a hilux as its too heavy. basically i am able to get a TRD AE86 lsd for cheap enough to make it worth while.. but i have no rear end to bolt it into and no gear sets to bolt it onto! i was thinking about fitting the T18 diff into the 86, fitting the LSD into this. and then before it goes into the car.. modifying the drums to disk brakes... this is just one idea... anyone else got any others?
