Hi guys,

Ever since I've had my '89 Celica SX it hasn't like cold starts (first start of the day, in either winter or summer).

It seems like the engine needs to turn over a couple of times and then it'll go, so I usually have to have 2 cracks at it.

I thought it might have been the battery, but the car starts fine when it's hot.

Next I thought it might be the plugs, but I've changed them and still no change.

I've also checked the air filter, but it was pretty good.

Any ideas why it would start perfectly when warm, but not very easily when cold?
