I hope thats a seriously rare and expensive case of beer Jaze
Thanks for the support cambelt, they are tending to get a little difficult to find parts for, and the shell on this is pretty good for one of these cars. Ive seen some absolutely woeful ones advertised in the trading post for $1500 thats only redeeming feature was that it ran.....

I agree, this is an absolutely awesome buy. 750 for a whole car.. when mine was fucked i spent about a grand or more just pulling some peices off an old wreck, if this was same colour as mine with same colour interior....it wouldnt be for sale anymore . But seriously they are pretty hard to find parts for and the japanese wreckers charge a heap and even if its not for that reason, it would be an awesome sleeper(like i hope mine comes to be).

you could throw a bottom end under the head if you chose to, but since its just a SOHC non turbo why would you bother..... A 1GGTE cut is cheap enough and would get it moving along nicely

The engine is dead mate, as I posted in the for sale post details at the top. Has a spun bearing, and being a plain 1GEU its not worth fixing, just rip it out and put in a 1GGTE.

if someone REALLY wants and Soarer21 agree's, I will have A 1g geu full front cut type deal for sale in a few weeks.. it makes some prissy little 112kw or something.. but its the dohc version of the engine. does ok for a run around.. engine is in awesome condition. done like 40 000 since rebuilt. Also new gearbox and all the other crap
could put that in it. it should bolt in
