I have seen 2 places where I can pick up 2 different types
of turbos for my 4AGTE project......
I can get my hands on a SR20DET T25 turbo, and for little less,
I can get my hands on a GT17 turbo from Garrett.
Both have the T25 mounting flange, and I know the T25 turbo
is good for about 200-230Hp on the 4AGTE engine. At this point
in time, that is what I'm aiming at. (might upgrade to GT25 320
BB turbo much later.)
Also, I know the GT17 turbo is Garrett's new type of turbo,
with only 7 (or 8 ) moving parts compared to about 16.....
But has anybody tried putting this onto a 4AGZE engine?
They are supposed to be good for small engines up to 2.3Ltr!
What are the Diffs, GT17 & T25....
