Can anyone tell me whats involved in stress relieving engine parts, I'm guessing it has something to do with heating and cooling? or is there machining involved?

mmmm... stress relief... ok

vodka and a night out usually works for me...

but if thats not your engines scene

how about splurging for a good massage for it?

or better still take her on holiday or for a weekend away together... that always does wonders
