Rust Removal and respray advice and recommendations

hey guys
looking at getting my car professionally re-painted/restored when it finally gets shipped over here
now im in sydney and im wondering if anyone has a reccommended shop(s) for painting/rust removal. professionalism/speed is a key here.
i also need some minor rust removal done from the rear window "cills", the floor of the fuel filler cap and the hatch needs repairing/replacing (if anyone has one in good condition i would be interested in paying top dollar for it)
apart from that the car needs to be stripped back a few layers (possibly to metal) and repainted in the original 2pack panda scheme
anyone got a ball parkfigure and a place that can do the work in 2 weeks in the local sydney area?
i have looked at jetspeed's (rice bodykit makers) paint division called jetcolor but they havent replied yet. anyone had good experience with them?
