3S to rwd, headers?

Hi All;
I'm putting a 3s-fe into a suzuki, and was wondering what exhaust I should use? I'm looking for a 2S bellhousing and I "think" the exhaust will be in the way.
Any help welcome.
Pat
BTW if this swap works my other suzuki will get a 3S-GE or better.
