OK I am serious now and really need help

I need to know the exact curb wieght of an ra40 liftback. I want to put a 1jz-gte in it but cannot until i find out if it is legal. Someone out there must help me. I desparately need to know if i can legally swap this engine in. I don't need yes or no answers either. If yes tell me the contact number for someone who has done it.
Help.
