AE86 clutch

Well I'm running the same clutch with the 4AGE that Ive since i bought the car (4AC). Lately it seems the power just isn't going anywhere, and i think my clutch is knackered. I'm wondering what sort of clutch i should be in the market for. I want something that ain't going to give out in 2 seconds, and one that can take a bit of rough treatment.
