3S-GE/GTE into ST162

Looking for abit more power, as one does  P
Its a 1986 Celica SX
My ideal plan is to put a later model MR2 3S-GE into it (RR to FF) which should give it considerable more power to play with. Few questions.
What has to be done?
Has anyone done it?
Any sites detailing formation?
Who sells the engine at the right price?
Admitadly, some would just get a 3SGTE, but wouldnt the added complications with a turbo being immense?
Not to mention it would quickly become a pole magnet.
Any help would be appreciated.
