my paint has started looking kinda streaked after i washed it and some guy said that my clear coat had worn through in places and said I should 'rub' it, has anyone else had the same problem and what did you do, what does rubbing involve? is that just rubbing the paint lighly with a fine sand paper?? thanks guys
