86racer Regular Registered: May 2002	Spray painting ~~ HELP ! Mon, 06 October 2003 09:46 I'm painting my ae86 in 2pak I would like to know after I primed the car with 2pak primer, which grade of wet/dry sandpaper should i use to sand it back ? and How smooth does the surface has to be before applying top coat ?... Some ppl are telling me I have to get the surface to a almost mirror finish and some ppl are saying if I get it too smooth, the paint won't stick ... One more thing .. after i sprayed with top coat (2pak paint) Can I sand the any rough spot and paint over it ? or Do I have to snad it all back and re-prime it ?? Any help would be appreciated !!!!!
