1ggte boosting problem

over the last week or so my 1ggte hasnt been boosting right, now it dont seem to boost at all,
the turbos spool fine, doesnt seem to be leeking anywhere, and still idles fine, my boost guage broke last week too 
i have a feeling the wastegates are stuck open, if so whats the best way to fix it
also, i have a feeling the headgasket might on its way out, as im using a tiny bit of coolant, but oil is still very clean
any help would be great
