frickin goddamn sonnoffa...
manual says 18ft/lbs i used 18ft/lbs *SNAP* !!!
goddamn oil squirter banjo bolt sheared in half across the port hole in it 
QUESTION: can someone confirm a toyota PN# for me for this part!?! im hoping to god that a) they even list it as a spare part, and b) that theyre even still available.
OTHERWISE: does anyone have a shagged out 7mgte block lying around that they can salvage the oil sqirters out of for me??
OR: are the 4A oil squirters the same, and can be used as subsitutes? if so - does anyone have a spare banjo bolt??

jeez ed you sound like its urgent - how long you been building this motor? 
its just the bolt right? dont stress its probably a standard type of bolt. what size is it?
pn = 15703 - 42010 "valve sub assy, oil check" - no idea why they call it this, stupid toyota parts people.
the squirter - just for ref = 15708 - 42010
cant be too hard to make on a lathe with and ordinary M10/12? whatever it is, bolt.

yeah, if it were a normal banjo fitting, no dramas, but the dang thing has a spring loaded ball valve built into it acting as an oil pressure release valve
let me get a pic of the bit - see if that PN# youve posted there is the same thing...

This may or may not be of any help, but the oil squirter banjo bolt in the 2jz block value is 8.8 nm (78in-lb).

Correction Stenno, 1J's and 2J's don't have banjo bolts. They are a allen key grade 8.8 6mm bolt. The oil does not run through the bolt.
I have spare 1J squirters ed, but they are of no help to you.
