2TG Problems Mon, 13 October 2003 21:28 Go to previous message
Hey all,
Just a couple of questions about my 2T-GEU i have...
I have recently put this engine in my TA22 and had to use the 2T engine mousts since the twincam cam out of a T18. Now when i look at the engine it seems to be slanted towards the passenger side about 2 - 3 degrees... is this normal? if not can anyone suggest the problem?
Also I'm using the stock TA22 radiator and i reckon once the plactic fan goes in i'll have about 5mm to 10mm clearance between radiator and fan. I know i should use a thermo but i dont think i'll have the money just yet todo so, so i'm wondering if anyone has come upto this problem before and what i will have todo to fix the fan prob.. (I.E; can i change radiators from T18 to the TA22 or waters pumps etc?????)
Cheers Simon
