 1JZ ECU wiring for all models?

I am new to the forum and looked everywhere, before asking. I am putting a JZA70 1JZ 5-speed into my MA71 1990 Supra (auto). Problem is, that when we hooked up the wiring from the 1jz 5-speed ECU, we ended up burning the ECU up, because of some wiring change that must've taken place for the 90 7MGTE. We swapped the tranny as well, so it will be 5-speed going forward, but the dash-side wiring is still set for the auto. All of the other auto specific "disconnections" have been made.
Basically I am in the process of getting a replacement 1JZ ECU, but the only ones available are from other cars like the JZX90 MarkII (auto), Soarer, etc.
I am hoping to use a replacement from an auto model (figured it might be easier, plug-n-play?). Problem is, I have absolutely no luck finding different ECU diagrams for the different cars that the 1JZ came in. I have 'em for the JZA70, and possibly the Soarer, but would like to find the pin-outs for the MarkII (auto)....JZX90? Sorry the post is so long, just wanted to give as much background as possible. Can anyone help, please?
