anyone in brisbane with panel beaters/painting experience?

Hiya,
I was just wondering if theres anyone here in brisbane who is a panel beater/painter or has skills in that area and would be willing to help me out with some stuff at all over a day.
I know thats a big ask to ask people you dont know, but theres always hope
I just wanna sand back and spray my plastic bumpers grey and change the colour of this black strip down the bottom of my car to white(its actually part of the main body)
Its the car in my avatar but thats a photoshop job which has the bumpers grey and the strip white as i want...
