Whats the deal with non replaceable Uni joints? Fri, 31 October 2003 10:36 Go to previous message
As the topic sugests, 2 of the Uni's are stuffed on the tail shaft I was hoping to use for my manual -> auto conversion.
However they are those uni's that are "crimped / stamped" in for a better description Rolling Eyes

Is it possible to press these out as per normal and then get the new ones stamped / secured in the original manner (I see no previsions for a circlip). If thats not possible can a diff shop replace them or it it throw away time?

Rather not be throwing away my new tail shaft Very Happy

Cheers
Wilbo
