Wep no probs (blake already told me you wanted the starter and I'm pretty sure you can grab the mounts as well )
You'll have to wait a bit on the starter / mounts as we will try to sell the engine while its in the car (so it still runs), is that cool?

Front wipers Blake took these, we might want to sell them tho? will ask him
Boot interiorSkiDMaN Express an interest in the carpet (still interested SkiDMaN?) the rest is fair game tho, all the plastic side bits and what not!
Center console Yep, the stereo surround it the only bit missing I'm pretty sure.
Steering column shroud Took it off today, is in good nick
Interior trim [i]Pretty well complete![/b]
Weather shield - metal grill at bottom of front windscreen Yep I'm pretty sure its there and good
Door electricals if it has powered windows/mirrors Nope, its a poverty pack
Battery clamp Sorry this was gone when we got the car
Where about in Brisbane are you? You more than welcome to come around and take a look at what we've got (a fair bit!) and bargain from there . I'm in Hawthorne btw which is pretty close to the city center (bout 12 mins away from the story bridge). pm'd you my phone number as well if you want to call.

General consensus is on converting solid-axcel to IRS is... for the effort and money, no. The cars are fairly different, it's not exactly plug&play. Just FWIW.

Time for an update
We have a deposit on the motor for $400 and it should be picked up on Wednesday so thats sold finnaly!
I'll be sending off the bellhousing prbly late next week (strapped for time atm), and Shane will get his starter someday (when ever we catch up next prbly...?).
So that leaves the
- Flywheel / Clutch (fair bit on it, will post a pic later in the week) / pressure plate
- seats (front and rear)
- steering wheel (free I guess
)
- wheels if anyone is interested
- aircon compressor / condenser (aircon was gassed so it doesn't leak) / filter dryer / interior aircon unit, heater core
- X member / engine mounts (cool1 doesn't need them anymore)
- radiator / shroud / overflow bottle all in GREAT nic

dont anyone worry about going to look at parts off this car because when you get there they say they will sell u stuff. you drive 1 hr to get there and then as soon as you do all this an go home they say they arent selling the stuff now so they will prolly just do this to everyone. Trust me i drove 1 hr to get the engine and then they said they wouldnt sell it.

You told myself and will, that you priced an engine for the sum of $275. I later that day made a few calls, and i was quoted $850 for the same engine NOT SHOWN RUNNING. So, i fail to see how there is truth in a wrecker selling the same engine for almost $600 less. We advertised the engine at $400, and that is what we expect for it. NO less.

For someone that is at uni you aint very bright are you. I just bought a 18rgeu with efi ecu and loom, starter motor and alternator for my corona for $400. If you dont believe me ask glenn on the forum. So why would i pay $400 for a 2s-c which i can get for $250 with a 6 mth warranty or the 18rgeu for the $400.

We asked for a deposit, you failed to pay a deposit. The next day we had a better offer and they put down a deposit, hence the better offer purchased the motor. We also tried to contact you and left a message with your girlfriend, it appeared that you made no effort to contact us, and subsequently the motor was sold.

why would i leave a deposit with a stranger who i dont know. You prolly would have sold it and not given me the money. I told you i was organising the money from my old man but who cares. i got one for $250 with warranty. Heaps better then yours. never trust an engine from a car thats been hit in the front anyway.

We would've given you a formal written receipt of a deposit. In my experiece, selling or buying anything of considerable value, i have left a deposit and requested a receipt. or vice versa. a deposit receipt is the equivelant of a legal purchasing agreement.
Had you have left us a deposit that night, we would've had it pulled out ready for you. in that case it wouldnt matter if we had got a offer of $400 the next day. it would've been yours legally and happily. Plus, we dont want to make ourselves look like complete assholes.
I doubt you'd find one in much better condition by the way! We left it idle for 15 minutes, to show it doesnt overheat, rattle, or make any abnormal noises it shouldnt. I dont think you could expect more than what we did.
