BlackSupra Forums Junkie Registered: August 2002	Fuse keeps blowing (thermo fans) Fri, 14 November 2003 06:24 I have a twin thermo fan setup, they currently run off a toggle switch from the dash (on/off) , take power from the battery, switched by ignition and run a 15amp fuse with a 40amp relay. Everything ran fine until 2 days ago when the fuse and the casing it was in totally melted or pardon the pun 'fused' together! To get home i hacked at it and replaced the fuse with another 15amp. Everything is fine and operational unitl just now when i deceided to turn them off. (already in the on position before ignition). Flicked the toggle to off and blew the fuse. Any ideas on where to start. im sure cool1 will suggest its a bad earth. [Report message to a moderator]
