FKN16V Forums Junkie Location: NSW, East Coast Registered: July 2003	T50 gearbox noise, need help Mon, 17 November 2003 10:55 When the clutch is pressed in (to the floor) everything is ok but when the clutch is released there is a noise that when i first heard it sounded like a release bearing was shot, So i got it replaced. But the noise is still there, the person who did the release bearing work suggest the input shaft bearing on the gearbox is shot. Got the bearings replaced, noise was quieter for about 200kms and know the noise is back and person who did the gearbox says that the release bearing is shot. Is there anything else it could be or is this the ways sprinter gearboxes are. [Report message to a moderator]
