thermo fan problem - all opinions appreciated Wed, 19 November 2003 05:52 Go to previous message
Hey ppl, anyone know how the ECU (ae92) controls the thermo fans?
Is there a sensor?
Ever since i removed my air con, as soon as ignition is on ACC, or the car is running, both my thermos come on, 1 blowing onto clutch, and one for radiator i think.
I know for SURE they didnt' used to come on until engine was really hot (40degrees days)

They're fucking loud and annoying and my car is running too cold. Anyone suggest what to fix? maybe sensor has tripped out and it defaults to putting fans on as a safe guard??

Cheers all
