1jz into 90 supra

1. my friend just brought a 90 supra with a 1g-gte twin turbo in there and he wants to swap it for a 1jz.
I guess it has already been coverted from a 7m? how
easy would it be to put a 1jz in?? easy i would think.. n would much for a half cut? cause once he puts a 1jz in his car i'm getting the 1g-gte off him with ecu n all that to put in my corona. 
The second question is the 1g is auto and i got a manual corona, so what would need changing to put the 1g in?
any answers would be good
