M engine bits swapin?

hey i was thinkin of running an M engine car for rallyin (like an ma40 {if i could find one!  } or a mark2 corona) an i was thinkin of putting my 5m block into it with a carbed head (m, 2m, 4m) would it fit up ok ect? would it be worth some horsies? what about the 7m block? the 7m is cam belt rather then chain so that'd be a no?
what carbs could i run on the stock intack? OR where could i get some cooler intakes? side drafts, webbers ect
comments? questions?
