gtman Forums Junkie Location: Perth Registered: November 2002	Question about contesting a speeding fine Mon, 05 January 2004 08:45 I got flashed today on the way to work, and I was wondering if I have legitimate grounds for contesting the fine. The camera was placed just before two lanes merged into one, and I had accelerated to overtake a slow moving vehicle before they did, and got flashed. Talk about a nice revenue raising spot. Would that be fair enough grounds? The other thing I'm hoping is the dude's trailer might just have been covering my license plate, I'm hoping. [Report message to a moderator]
